100% Refund: Issued for students only if the training program does not start from our end.

85% Refund: Issued if the training is cancelled by the student for any reason prior to course commencement.

70% Refund: Only applicable if 10% or less of the training program is completed by the student (equivalent to 1 out of 10 sessions).

50% Refund: Only applicable if 30% or less of the training program is completed by the student (equivalent to 3 out of 10 sessions).

No Refund: If 50% or more of the training program has been completed by the student, the fees are strictly non-refundable.

Interchangeable Topics: Course-related topics can be interchanged based on attendee interest. Fees and sessions will be proportionally deducted from the registered courses.

Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be successfully processed within 1 to 3 months from the date your cancellation email is received.
