1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Vkorp Trainings (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website, training programs, and customized professional consulting portfolios.

By enrolling in a course, utilizing our project consulting or job support services, or browsing our digital ecosystem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Vkorp Trainings offers specialized business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) educational frameworks, including but not limited to:

• Corporate Training: Customized online, on-site, and hybrid group workforce upskilling programs.
• Project Consulting & Job Support: Real-time technical mentoring, project troubleshooting, and practical task guidance.
• Trainer & Business Consulting: Development of standardized internal corporate training modules, curriculum alignment, and operating audits.

3. Payments, Billing & Invoicing

To ensure scheduled execution and resources security, the following terms govern our financial agreements:

• An advance payment of 30% to 50% (or as mutually agreed upon in writing) is strictly required to secure schedules and allocate designated instructors.
• We support billing in multiple major global currencies (including USD, EUR, GBP, AED, and INR) via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and PayPal.
• All pricing quotes provided are exclusive of applicable national taxes (such as GST in India), which will be transparently detailed on compliance invoices.

5. Code of Conduct & Consulting Limits

During Project & Job Support sessions, our experts serve as direct technical advisors:

• Our team **does not work on behalf of you** in a manner that violates corporate hiring ethics. We guide you, debug your environment, and teach you how to resolve your specific obstacles.
• Please do not expect an advisor to complete an 8-hour task load in a 15-minute window. Resolving architectural bugs requires systematic review.
• We reserve the right to suspend support packages without a refund if a client attempts to bypass payment milestones, engages in fraudulent claims, or acts in an abusive manner toward Vkorp representatives.

6. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

We recognize that you may share sensitive application codes, data structures, credentials, or architectural designs during support sessions. Vkorp Trainings holds confidentiality as a core operational value. We are fully prepared to execute custom Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with enterprise partners to legally safeguard your proprietary data.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all learning materials, course outlines, graphic slide structures, curriculum documentation, and code templates provided by Vkorp Trainings remain our intellectual property. These resources are licensed to you strictly for personal, non-commercial professional upskilling.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, including its formation, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal actions shall be initiated exclusively within the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
